Finca Caranavi is a farm in the western part of Bolivia, owned by the Rodriguez family. Over the years, the family have bought more farms, operating 5 in the Caravani region, and 8 in the Samaipata region. Once coffee is harvested, it is milled at their own wet mill called Buena Vista, then transferred to their family dry mill in La Paz.

This java varietal undergoes a fermented washed process, creating a very fruity cup profile.

Tasting notes of sweet peach and pomegranate.
