Each year we try to find a few coffees that embody all the lovely things about Christmas.
Notes of sugar, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, chocolate, candy and warmth. Coffees from Rwanda and Costa Rica are in season at in December, and coffees from Rwanda are known for their fruity notes and chocolate body, and coffee from Costa Rica for their spicey and sweet notes.
We have blended these coffees 50/50 to create what we think is a delicious cup of coffee, to be enjoy in the days and weeks leading up to Christmas to get you in the spirit, and on Christmas day itself.
