We don't roast coffee to sit in a warehouse. We roast in small batches to fill the orders in front of us, then our own team packs every bag at the roastery in Fife and sends it on its way.
So the coffee that lands on your doormat was roasted for you, not pulled off a shelf.
How your coffee subscription works
Pick a coffee, choose your grind and bag size, and tell us how often you would like it. We roast your coffee to order at our own roastery in Glenrothes, Fife, and send it out shortly after — so what lands on your doormat was roasted for you, not pulled off a shelf.
Rolling subscriptions arrive every week, every fortnight or every four weeks, and you set the pace. Pre-paid and gift subscriptions run for three, six or twelve months and arrive monthly.
How much coffee do you actually need?
The usual mistake is ordering too little and running out, or too much and watching it go stale. At roughly 14g a cup, this is a sensible starting point — and you can change it at any time.

Roasted to order, not stockpiled
Most subscription coffee has been sitting in a warehouse for weeks before it is boxed up. Ours has not. We roast in small batches to fill the orders in front of us, which is the only way a subscription delivers on its promise: coffee that is fresh when it is roasted, not just fresh when it is bagged.
What goes in the bag is chosen and cupped by Lynsey Harley — a Q Grader, UK Cup Tasting Champion and World Barista Championship judge — rather than picked off a supplier list.
Pause it, skip it, change it
A subscription should fit round your life, not the other way round. On a rolling subscription you can pause, skip a delivery, swap your coffee or cancel altogether whenever you like, from your account. No phone call, no retention script.
Pre-paid and gift subscriptions can skip a delivery too — skipping delays it rather than cancelling it, so you still receive every bag you have paid for.

Delivery is £1.95 on a 200g bag and £2.95 on larger sizes, and free on any order over £30. Pre-paid and gift subscription prices include delivery for the whole term. We deliver subscriptions throughout the UK.

Worth it without a discount code
We do not run constant voucher codes. As a B Corp certified, women-led roaster we would rather put the value into the coffee, the freshness and our loyalty programme than into a rotating list of codes that make the ordinary price look like a mistake.
If you would rather commit, paying up front saves 5% on your coffee over three months, 10% over six and 15% over twelve — with delivery included for the whole term.

How often will my coffee arrive?
On a rolling subscription, every week, every fortnight or every four weeks — whichever suits how much you drink. Pre-paid and gift subscriptions are delivered monthly.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Yes. Rolling subscriptions can be paused, skipped, swapped or cancelled at any time from your account — no phone call needed. Pre-paid and gift subscriptions can skip too. Skipping delays that delivery rather than cancelling it — you still receive every bag you have paid for, just later.
Which coffees can I choose?
Momentum Espresso, Guatemala Finca San Antonio, Colombia Aromas del Sur, Brazil Santa Lucia, Mellow Decaf and Ethiopia Konga Co-operative — or Roaster’s Choice, which sends a different seasonal coffee each time. A couple of coffees are not available on pre-paid and gift terms; the builder greys those out as you choose.
Do you grind it for me?
Yes. Choose whole bean, or ground for espresso, Aeropress, pour over or cafetière. Whole bean keeps its flavour longest, so pick that if you have a grinder.
