How much is delivery?
Delivery is £1.95 on a 200g bag and £2.95 on larger sizes. It's free on any order over £30, and we deliver across the UK.
Can I collect my order from the roastery?
Yes. Choose click and collect at checkout and pick your order up from 38 Cavendish Way, Glenrothes, Monday to Friday. Please collect by 3:45pm. We don't offer local delivery.
How do I change or pause my subscription?
Log in to your account to pause, skip, swap your coffee or cancel. No phone call needed. If something doesn't look right, send us a message with your order number.
Something's wrong with my order. What should I do?
Send us a message using the form above with your order number, and a photo if it helps. We'll put it right.
Can I visit the roastery?
Yes. The roastery shop at 38 Cavendish Way is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with free parking. It's a working roastery rather than a café, so there's no seating.
My coffee machine at work has broken down. Can you help?
Commercial machine repairs are handled by our sister company, Modern Standard Service. Call them on 01279 452110 for the fastest response.

Our Glenrothes roastery
Free parking on site. We're a working roastery rather than a café, so there's no seating, but you can buy beans, collect orders and grab a £2 takeaway coffee.
