Speciality coffee beans

We roast to order in Glenrothes, five days a week, so your coffee is roasted for your order rather than taken off a shelf. Order before 12 noon Monday to Friday and it is dispatched the same day; order after that and it goes out the next working day.

Whole bean keeps its flavour longest, so choose that if you have a grinder. If not, pick the grind that matches your brewer: Aeropress, cafetière, espresso or pour over. Our grind size guide explains what each one looks like.

An espresso blend is built for balance and consistency, and stands up well to milk. A single origin comes from one farm or co-operative in one season, so it tastes of that particular place, and is usually at its best as filter or pour over.

UK delivery is free on orders over £30, sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48. Express delivery with Royal Mail or Parcelforce 24 is available at checkout. We dispatch Monday to Friday, same day on orders placed before 12 noon.

Cafe de Mujeres uses the Mountain Water process, which uses water rather than chemical solvents. Mellow Decaf uses a process based on fermented sugarcane. Each coffee's own page tells you which, and we roast both with the same care as everything else in the range. Shop decaf.

Keep them somewhere cool, dark and dry in an airtight container, away from the oven and the window, and grind just before you brew if you can. There is more in our guide to storing coffee beans.
