Delivery & Returns
UK Shipping
We ship parcels Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays).
Standard Shipping

Royal Mail 48 – for parcels under 2kg

Parcelforce 48 – for parcels over 2kg
Express Shipping

Royal Mail 24 – for parcels under 2kg

Parcelforce 24 – for parcels over 2kg
To qualify for same-day dispatch on Express orders, please place your order before 12:30pm. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.
Delivery Timelines:

Royal Mail 48 delivers in 2–3 working days (95% of the time), but please allow up to 7 working days during busy periods like Christmas.

Royal Mail 24 and Parcelforce 24 are not guaranteed next-day services.

Parcelforce only delivers Monday to Friday.
Europe & Rest of the World
We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for all international deliveries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance processes.
Returns Policy
Non-Consumable Goods (e.g. equipment & merchandise)
We accept returns for unused equipment or merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging to:

If the item is not faulty, return shipping is at your expense, and you’ll need to provide proof of return.

If the item is faulty, we’ll arrange collection via our courier – you'll just need to be available on the agreed day.
Consumable Goods (Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate)
As these are consumable products, we can only offer a refund or replacement if your item is faulty or damaged.

Returning a Package from Overseas
If you’re sending something back from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid customs charges. Unfortunately, we can’t cover any customs fees for returned items – these are the customer’s responsibility.
Transport Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us right away so we can help sort it out.
Unclaimed Packages
If your parcel isn’t collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover the cost of return shipping and admin fees from the courier.
