The festive season is nearly here (how?!), and if your Christmas plans involve plenty of great coffee, here’s everything you need to know to stay stocked up over the holidays.
Whether you’re gifting, hosting, or just keeping your own cup full, these are the key dates to help you plan ahead.
📦 Last Posting Dates for Christmas Delivery
Make sure your coffee reaches you in time for the big day:

Express 48 (2-day delivery): Order by Thursday 18th December

Express 24 (next-day delivery): Order by Friday 19th December
- Please note: Last collection day will be Wednesday 23 December, items collected on this day will be delivered between Christmas and New Year. Orders placed on December 24th will be collected on Monday 5th January
These dates give ParcelForce enough time to get your coffee to you before Christmas Eve. As always, next-day is best endeavour, not guaranteed, especially in December when the parcel network is at its busiest.

🚚 Shipping Over the Holidays
ParcelForce collections resume on Monday 5th January, so here’s what to expect:

Orders placed on Friday 2nd January will be collected Monday 5th January
with deliveries starting from Tuesday 6th January -
Anything placed after this will follow our usual delivery schedule
When we return in January, we’ll process orders in the order they’re received, so if you know you’re likely to run low, we’d recommend ordering enough to see you through the break (plus a few days into the New Year).
