We've recently moved to a new website and are in the process of migrating over our coffee subscriptions and loyalty point program.
Coffee Subscribers
You will receive any coffee deliveries as normal and when your account has been moved over to the new platform you'll receive an email to activate your account.
Once you have done this you can manage your subscription in your account portal.
Update 16th December:
All subscriptions have now been migrated; if you previously paid via Paypal you will have received separate emails about how to complete your subscription setup.
Loyalty Points
We have moved all of your points across to the new system.
To access your points on the new site:
- Create a new account here
- You'll receive an email to verify your account, click the link in the email to activate it
- Log in to your account to view and redeem your points balance
Gift Cards
Update 16th December:
If you had a 'personal' gift card on our old site this will now have been reissued to you from the new store, with the same face value and expiry date (if any).
All other gift cards have been migrated as a discount code with the balance of the old gift card - if you have one of these please just enter your gift card code as the discount code in checkout: please note that the outstanding balance will need to be used in one transaction.
