New Year, New Coffee ☕

New Year, New Coffee ☕

A fresh start for your cup and your routine

January brings a rare sense of clarity. The calendar resets, habits feel adjustable, and small improvements suddenly matter. New shoes, calmer mornings, fewer tabs open. And quietly, but importantly, better coffee.

If you are embracing a new year mindset, starting with what you drink every day makes sense.

A reset that actually lasts

We are not fans of dramatic overhauls. Coffee, like routines, works best when it is consistent and considered. January is not about drinking less coffee. It is about drinking better coffee.

That means beans roasted fresh, flavours that are lively and balanced, and coffees that fit real mornings whether that is a slow brew at home or a fast espresso before the day begins.

Fresh roasts, cleaner cups

As the year turns, we reset our roasting too. Profiles are refined, schedules stay tight, and every batch is roasted for clarity and balance.

If your coffee has ever tasted flat or bitter or simply forgettable, freshness is usually the reason. Freshly roasted coffee tastes brighter, sweeter, and more alive.

This January, we are especially excited about a few new and returning coffees:

  • Momentum Espresso
Our modern house espresso. Smooth, balanced, and built for everyday drinking with milk or without. Perfect if you want reliability without boredom.

  • Mascot
Friendly, approachable, and full of comfort. Think chocolate, soft fruit, and easy mornings. A great choice if you want great coffee with zero fuss.

  • Ethiopia Konga
Bright, floral, and vibrant. This is the coffee for slower moments and filter brews, with fresh acidity and elegant sweetness.

  • Guatemala Finca Filadelfia
Ideal for the new year if you are looking to try something new. A beautifully expressive coffee with depth, balance, and plenty to discover in the cup.

Coffee with modern standards

A new year is also a good moment to think beyond flavour. Where coffee comes from, how it is traded, and the impact it leaves behind.

We believe good coffee should be ethically sourced, transparently traded, roasted with intention, and genuinely enjoyable to drink. Quality and responsibility are not extras. They are the starting point.

Make this the year your coffee keeps up

You do not need a new version of yourself. You just need coffee that does its job properly. Fuel for early starts, focus for long days, and a small moment of calm when you need it.

Here is to better beans, fresher roasts, and mornings that start strong.

New year. New coffee. Same standards. ☕
