Two easy drinks to start with. A 10ml shot is about two teaspoons.
Mint hot chocolate
Like an after-dinner mint, only warmer.
- Make a hot chocolate with steamed milk.
- Stir in a 10ml shot of mint syrup.
- Top with grated dark chocolate.
Mint mocha
Chocolate, coffee and a cool finish.
- Mix a spoon of hot chocolate with a double espresso.
- Add a 10ml shot of mint syrup.
- Top with steamed milk.

How much syrup should I use?
Start with a 10ml shot (about two teaspoons) in a regular latte or hot chocolate, then add more to taste. At 10ml a drink, a 1 litre bottle makes around 100 drinks.

Which syrup goes with which drink?
Vanilla, caramel and hazelnut suit lattes and iced coffees. Mint and hazelnut are best with chocolate. Gingerbread works in both, and is our winter favourite.
