The espresso
Enjoy an award-winning espresso blend. Our Momentum Espresso is comprised 70% Brazil Santa Lucia and 30% Colombia el Porvenir with notes of creamy milk chocolate, butterscotch and refreshing citrus acidity. Named Best Espresso by The Independent.
The blend
We're proud of our 3-star Great Taste Award winner, the Momentum Espresso.
We work with the world's finest coffee producer to roast and deliver an espresso coffee that's seasonal and packed with flavour. We have pretty high standards when it comes making an amazing espresso coffee. So we needed to create something that was rich in body and refreshing to drink with juicy citrus acidity. We're glad we've hit the mark with this blend, the awards we have won is our proof.
You can enjoy it on its own or with milk to make a mean flat white! Our Momentum Espresso is comprised of 70% Brazil Santa Lucia to give it that rich chocolate taste. We've added 30% Colombian el Porvenir to add undeniable flavour and vibrancy to the mix. The result is a coffee with a creamy mouthfeel, with sweet notes of milk chocolate, almonds and butterscotch.
Why we love it
Momentum is the house espresso we serve at the cafe, it's a crowd pleaser and our customers love it, and I love making it.

Brazil Santa Lucia
Located in the region of Sul De Minas, Fazenda Santa Lucia is perfectly situated to grow coffee in Brazil. The 123 hectare farm has been in the Garcia Family since 1994. The Family has a history of three generations of coffee producers, initially beginning with Alexandre Garcia Capelo who inspired his son Antonio Wander Garcia to follow in his footsteps and farm coffee, studying agricultural engineering and researching plant reproduction and plant nutrition in the process.
