How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Order before 12 noon and it goes out the same day; order after that and it goes out the next working day.
How much is UK delivery and how quickly will it arrive?
UK delivery is free on orders over £30, sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48. Express delivery with Royal Mail or Parcelforce 24 is available at checkout.
Is your coffee roasted to order?
Yes. We roast in Glenrothes, Fife, five days a week, and we roast to order, so your coffee is roasted for your order rather than taken off a shelf.
Are your coffee bags recyclable?
Yes. Our coffee bags go in your normal kerbside recycling.
