What is the best coffee machine for an office?
It depends on your team and how you want to drink coffee. A traditional espresso machine suits offices that want a café-style set-up, while bean to cup suits offices that want speed and consistency without someone trained on an espresso machine. We'll help you decide based on your space and volume.
Should we choose a traditional espresso or bean-to-cup machine?
Traditional espresso machines give you full control over the coffee and usually taste best, but need someone reasonably confident using them. Bean-to-cup machines are lower-maintenance and consistent from the first cup, which suits offices without a dedicated barista.
Can you supply both the coffee and the equipment?
Yes. That's the point of working with us rather than an equipment-only supplier or a roaster-only supplier: one team for the machine, the coffee, the training and the ongoing support.
Can we just order coffee for our office?
Yes. If you already have a machine, our office coffee subscription sizes a plan for your team and machine, from 2kg to 18kg a delivery, with free UK delivery. You can skip, pause or cancel from your account, and there is no contract.

Do you service and maintain coffee machines in London?
