Event coffee FAQs

Do you supply coffee for events and exhibitions?

Yes. We supply coffee, equipment and support for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, launches and corporate events across the UK. Tell us about your event and we'll come back within one working day.

Can you provide coffee machines for an event?

Yes. Our sister company, Modern Standard Service, supplies and installs espresso, bean-to-cup and batch brew equipment, so we can match the set-up to your guest numbers and venue.

Can you provide baristas for our event?

Yes, subject to availability. Tell us your dates as early as you can and we'll confirm who's free. We can also train your own catering team to run the coffee.

Is your coffee sustainable?

We're a certified B Corp, we pay growers on average 40% over the Fairtrade minimum, our bags go in kerbside recycling and we're Climate Label certified.

Do you work with venues and caterers long term?

Yes. For venues and caterers with regular events, we can set you up as a wholesale partner, with free barista training for your team.
