Coffee and bakes at Fisher & Donaldson

Great baking deserves great coffee

For most bakeries, coffee is the drink on almost every ticket. When you have more than one shop, the hard part is making sure the flat white in your newest site tastes exactly like the one in your first.

That's what we do. We roast to order at our roastery in Glenrothes, Fife, train every team, visit your shops, and our sister company, Modern Standard Service, keeps the machines running. One partner for the coffee, the equipment, the training and the repairs, with no third-party service agents in the middle.

From Fife to London

What we do for bakeries

  • Coffee that suits your bake

Our M espresso blends, led by Momentum, plus seasonal single origins and decaf. We'll taste with you and build a line-up around your menu.

  • Your own label

Own-brand espresso and filter in your own bags, as we do for Ole & Steen. We print our labels in-house, so custom labels are quick to produce.

  • The same cup in every shop

Shared recipes, regular coffee audits and account visits keep every site on the same standard as you grow.
