How to make it
The perfect hot chocolate
Three steps, one steam wand. Use the milk you like best.
Add 250ml of milk to a milk jug.
Add 28g of hot chocolate powder.
Steam together until smooth and hot.
No steam wand? Warm the milk in a pan and whisk in the powder until smooth. It's great in a mocha too.

We found this hot chocolate in Colombia while Lynsey was out there buying our coffee. We'd been searching for a delicious, high-percentage single-origin cocoa to go with our coffee, and this is it.
It's rich, creamy and dairy free, made with Fino de aroma cacao sourced directly from a family-run business in Colombia.
