Two easy drinks to start with. A 10ml shot is about two teaspoons.
Cinnamon latte
The café favourite, made at home.
- Add a 10ml shot of cinnamon syrup to your cup.
- Pull a double espresso over it and stir.
- Top with steamed milk.
Cinnamon hot chocolate
Cosy and spiced.
- Make a hot chocolate with steamed milk.
- Stir in a 10ml shot of cinnamon syrup.
- Top with whipped cream if you like.

How much syrup should I use?
Start with a 10ml shot (about two teaspoons) in a regular latte or hot chocolate, then add more to taste. At 10ml a drink, a 1 litre bottle makes around 100 drinks.

Which syrup goes with which drink?
Vanilla, caramel and hazelnut suit lattes and iced coffees. Mint and hazelnut are best with chocolate. Gingerbread works in both, and is our winter favourite.
