Make it at home
Two easy drinks to start with. A 10ml shot is about two teaspoons.
Iced strawberry matcha
Pink and green, and very pretty.
- Add a 15ml shot of strawberry syrup and a splash of milk to a glass of ice.
- Whisk a teaspoon of matcha with 60ml of hot water.
- Pour the matcha over the top.
Strawberry milkshake
Simple and nostalgic.
- Add a 20ml shot of strawberry syrup to a glass.
- Top with cold milk and stir.
- Add ice or a scoop of ice cream.

How much syrup should I use?
Start with a 10ml shot (about two teaspoons) in a regular latte or hot chocolate, then add more to taste. At 10ml a drink, a 1 litre bottle makes around 100 drinks.

Which syrup goes with which drink?
Vanilla, caramel and hazelnut suit lattes and iced coffees. Mint and hazelnut are best with chocolate. Gingerbread works in both, and is our winter favourite.
